When I click "play" in app menu, it load then crashes.

Addicting game made easier by buying in-game currency. It is possible to freeplay, but difficult to keep up. Update - Kabam has allowed a glitch to occur and now 100s of users basically increased their strength and power significantly in a matter of a few minutes with little effort or money. The games integrity has been lost.

Be carefull they like to play with customers and their wallet

The game is great overall but maybe you should look at the lack of money and the money problems and just to throw this out there, maybe add some more characters like different cultures of characters so they would like make it to your appearance in different personalities

Poor programming leads to major gliches in this game. A game where to truly excel many put thousands of dollars to be at top of their class. One glitch has ruined game for all players. Developers only response in fifth day since glitch occured. No resetting to fore glitch occured. In affect they are doing nothing for loyal high paying customers who have gotten hosed with a 30 min glitch. My advice avoid this game and its devs like the plague...

This is a great game if you want to play for free. However spending on in app purchases is a waste with all of the glitches in programming and poor drop rates. Do not download if you like your sanity and hard earned money

I would advice anyone who is looking into playing this game to get a computer and play the of version instead. Kabaam I enjoy messing with peoples account and taking away stuff you have plaid for with your hard earned money. Dont do it dude dont download this game!

Rip off on events.. Stay clear of these people!

Ive been playing this game for over 4yrs PC an now mobile..havent had any issues til now been lagging bad an missing stuff from gbs pvp an such.....hopefully yall can fix it so nothing else like this happens...:)

I usually do not play games on my phone but, when I login to this game I get sucked in. Now that I have been playing for a while, I am starting to see major flaws in their gaming design. The game tends to force you off in the middle of events cause you to lose rewards. And sometimes during events you lose rewards and then kabam says you never received them. To me this indicates they think you are lying, and they do not even try to reimburse you for the balance you have spent. If I wasnt addicted to this game I wouldve quit a long time ago

Like others have said, it is a fun game. it is throttled well to keep your interest. buggy, yes, but even that isnt the reason for the 1 star. The 1 star gets earned by the management company Kabam. They are, hands down the single worst gaming company EVER. The latest stunt was to take away my upgrades because they screwed up, despite the money And time I invested. to add insult to injury, they replaced what they took with an item that can only be used by what they took, forcing me to spend a couple hundred dollars to use. my advice, do not start to enjoy this game or you will be as frustrated as many of the other players I hear bashing kabam daily.

Great game wonder how long it will last with a 5 million dollar lawsuit being filed against them

So many great power ups and the game expands so much at the higher levels. Will crash sometimes and must stay connected to servers at all times.

Well, you just managed to make things even worse than they already were. Thanks to this rushed "update", it nearly broke my irreplaceable iPod Touch. Im done with this game, I have deleted this app and I will NEVER DOWNLOAD IT EVER AGAIN!!!!! Shame on you for trying to break my iPod Touch, Kabam!!!!!!!

Ive played this game many times before and I always find myself coming back to it, but one thing does get me. I play a lot on a PC but I dont know if you can get that account on the mobile version. Like say you use your Facebook account to sign in, how would you log into your account? Im just looking for an answer so I can play my game on mobile without losing or restarting my stuff

I played this game for almost 2 years and its very addictive one. Invested tons money into it but kabam had messed up my account big after 9-25 magic pot event and support team added salt into the wound and i finally made up my mind to quit this game.

Played for almost two years spent average $200 per month but finally decide to quit after all the glitches and bad customers service.

Gameplay isnt bad. But if you plan on spending money for currency to make "cool" armor or weapons, dont waste your money. Or time. I am embarrassed what I spent just trying to make the epic armor. The way my said to. Always resulted in same class or lower.... So... Beware. Of the poopy pants app purchases ...... -_-

Latest update crashes continuously....game doesnt even start...
